Status Update

There may be significantly more time for side projects in the near future (yesterday); I was laid off. Along with 527 other co-workers as part of a 20% downsizing, it stings. I'm flustered, frustrated, confused, and (as the title of this blog suggests) depressed. But I'm not giving up, which means I have to try instead. I'm going to put in time and effort, get back to building, get back to learning, and maybe change the name of this blog eventually.
